Rachel brought a refreshing presentation style with practical ‘how-to’s’ to our team meeting. She is an irreverent, energetic and funny presenter whilst clearly demonstrating her high level of knowledge in the constantly changing social media space. She ensured she had a good understanding of her audience beforehand, so that material was highly relevance and met the (very) different levels of social media understanding in the room. Her infectious enthusiasm and clear recommendations has seen our team all start taking action the next week to help build our Instagram presence and following.

She entertained a very full room (65!- they originally capped it at 60 then extended) of W3 (Wonderful Waiheke Women) members with her down-to-earth humour and astute insights into marketing not just from a business perspective but also from a consumer's. She spoke about things such as what basic values are important for all of us, both when purchasing or when promoting a product or service, and later touched on the more in-depth functions of social media (Facebook and Instagram) for those of us more experienced business women in the group. So there was useful information for everyone in the room and she definitely had us all laughing and engaged throughout. Rachel is a real character, bubbly but also clever, experienced and very hard-working and I'm sure she inspired us all!
