Problem solving can help you shift your thinking, make you feel more confident in decision making, help you work out what help you need, and recognise both the current state and the gaps.
Before I was a marketer, before I was a content creator, before I was an ECE facilitator, and author… all of those things I was a primary teacher. We’re covering the ten tools I learnt when I was training to be a teacher, many of which I have used through every career as needed to help me get myself out of a stuck loop of thinking.
I can get anxious. I can get paralysed, and sometimes I want to quit before pushing through. I think most of us are like that.
I’ve learned to use these techniques to break out of it - even if I sometimes eye roll when someone suggests the one I really need, that I’m studiously avoiding.
